Les Chutes, a feature film by Jeanne Aslan and Paul Saintillan (in development)
Vincent and Faustine are the exhausted parents of two boys, one of whom suffers from a rare disease. While Faustine—having put all her personal aspirations on hold—struggles daily to mitigate the effects of the illness, Vincent works far from home to make ends meet. Little by little, the couple—exhausted both physically and emotionally—begins to fall apart. When, after a violent argument, everything seems to be crumbling around him, Vincent chooses to disappear.
